No API access, API tokens, or API-related usage entitlements are included unless expressly stated for the selected plan at the time of purchase.
Where there is any question about what is included in a purchase, the pricing page, checkout page, and order confirmation associated with that purchase will control.
The Service, including the website design, branding, infrastructure, configuration methods, documentation, and related materials, is owned by OpenClaw or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
OpenClaw Gateway or related software components may include open-source software governed by their respective licenses. Nothing in these Terms overrides any rights granted under applicable open-source licenses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of OpenClaw for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to OpenClaw for the specific paid Service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
